If you are leasing a printer from us and you change your network, that’s not a printer issue, that’s a network issue. We can refer you to the best and make sure the work is done correctly, but please don’t expect your lease to cover changes you made to your network that stopped the printer from working.

A good example is updating to Windows 10. Many printer drivers that work fine with Windows 8 or 7 do not work well with Windows 10. Some older scanners have a hard time working with Windows 10.
