If you have setup a new Internet Service Provider (Like moving to Cox from Time Warner), installed a new router, or changed your network in some other way, your Printer, Scanner and Fax may stop working. That’s right, we don’t do networks, we do printers, copiers and scanners; but we know the best to refer you to. Just like you wouldn’t ask your plumber to fix your electrical problems, you shouldn’t use any printer company to fix your network issues.
Network Changes
If you are leasing a printer from us and you change your network, that’s not a printer issue, that’s a network issue. We can refer you to the best and make sure the work is done correctly, but please don’t expect your lease to cover changes you made to your network that stopped the printer from working.
A good example is updating to Windows 10. Many printer drivers that work fine with Windows 8 or 7 do not work well with Windows 10. Some older scanners have a hard time working with Windows 10. Computer Maintenance
